Pentathlon Group

The Pentathlon Group is a small squad of dedicated combined eventers coached by Paul Hayden. It takes a lot of commitment to become proficient as a runner/jumper/thrower/hurdler/sprinter, etc. and if you would like to understand more about just what is required then please ask to speak with Paul. Paul is currently coaching Long Jump, High Jump, Javelin and Shot along with winter strength and conditioning. Members of the group also work on specialist events with other coaches in the club. There may be places available to join in with some of these events without committing to a full combined event program. To get the most from the sessions you should already have some ability. Again, please speak to Paul in the first instance.
